Karl Kerksiek brings over 15 years of investment experience in his role as Endeavor8 founding partner. Previously, Karl led investments for Finistere Ventures, where he focused on investing in cutting-edge technology solutions that positively impacted the food supply chain.

Lexi is a current MBA student at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Prior to business school, she led a client team at an oil & gas startup that was acquired by Generac and previously interned at two venture capital firms focused in clean tech and real estate investments.
